Adult Residential Services is a DDA Community Pathways service designed to support adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities in a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment. This program provides individualized support to participants and their families, promoting self-determination, independence, productivity, inclusion, and full participation in community life throughout adulthood.
Participants receive assistance with the development and maintenance of essential life skills, including activities of daily living (ADLs), instrumental activities of daily living (IADLs), and socialization. Supports are delivered through formal teaching methods and person-centered practices within a community-based residential setting.
Our Adult Residential Services option allows several participants to live together in a shared home while receiving 24/7 support and guidance from trained Direct Support Professionals and caregivers. Our goal is to create a stable, nurturing, and home-like environment where each participant can grow, build meaningful relationships, and actively engage in their community.
